We assure the quality of our products and endeavour to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning the size, fit, or any defect in the product, we will be happy to initiate Exchange or Refund. we’re here to help.

Exchange & Return Process

​​We offer 4 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Contact Us

Before returning an item, please contact us at the email address within 4 days of receiving your order with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once you receive the product, please make sure you make an unboxing video for the same so as to have a video & photo proof which will be required in case on any refunds or claims.

You are requested to login to your user account on amaani.store and place an exchange and/or return request form the “My Orders” section.

To be eligible for a return & Exchanges, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

* Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am – 7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with the same or higher-priced product or canceling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.

Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse and your entire order amount will be refunded to the source of the payment.

Refunds For Free Product Deals

Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at email id Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. Upon approval, we will send you a replacement product.

Self-Shipping of Orders For Returns:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and COD.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Terms and Conditions

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @amaani.store or on Whatsapp: Click here with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
