GENERAL QUERIES

All of amaani.store products are shipped from the warehouse located in Surat, gujarat (India) to respective shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/purchaser.

As we endeavour to deliver our products across India, we partner with third party courier services providers.
We suggest you to create an account if you wish to place an order.

You can simply provide your details like name, user id & password to sign in, provide the shipping address in the second step and select the payment method to place an order.
In rare situations, orders may get delayed sometimes due to courier or shipment issues.

We will keep you updated through calls or emails on the status of your orders. You can reach out to us via call +91 89809 60086 (India Customers) or email to email id for further assistance.
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India.

However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number.

Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us on:

We levy a charge of INR 100 for any return orders as reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund.
We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all COD & prepaid orders.
  • Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
  • Submit the required details as prompted.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 4 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner.

Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them.

Items without tags will not be accepted.
Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 1499 on all serviceable pincodes.*

CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND

You can cancel you order within 5 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp.

You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.
In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or clic

request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person.

As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.

In addition, order placed during any sale which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 7-10 working days after initiating the refund.

Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed.

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check.

Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours.

Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you.

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order.

The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund will be credited to your bank account & we will informed to registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.
